Azala Romance is currently CLOSED for submissions.
We are actively seeking:
- New Adult and Adult manuscripts in the genre and sub-genres of romance.
- Stories with a strong “hook”.
- Lovable characters that readers can connect with.
- A HEA if it is a standalone or a planned HEA for a future book if it is a series.

Submission Guidelines:
- We accept emailed submissions in Word Document format.
- Please make the subject line of the email “Query: title, author name”
- Please email the first 10 pages of the manuscript as a Word Document. You will hear within 2-3 weeks if we would like to request a full manuscript.
- We accept previously self-published works. If the work was previously published please provide brief sales data and a small explanation on why you would like to consider publishing under an imprint now.
Please Include a Query Letter With:
- A brief author bio, including any previously published works.
- Title and word count of proposed manuscript.
- The attached 10 pages of the manuscript as a Word Document.
- A short synopsis of the story (2-3 paragraphs) pasted in the body of the email.
- Whether or not this is planned to be a continued series or a standalone.
Requests for full manuscripts will be made within 2-3 weeks and decisions on full manuscripts will be made within 8-12 weeks after the full request.
